He also highlighted Indonesian regulations such as Government Regulations No. 80/2019 and No. 71/2019, which govern digital asset ownership and management. In addressing technology transfer and telematics, Mr. Abdul explored innovations like blockchain, artificial intelligence (AI), and smart contracts. He underscored the importance of laws such as the ITE Law and the Personal Data Protection Law in regulating digital transactions and safeguarding electronic interactions.
