The rigorous selection process was led by an independent panel of ten esteemed professionals and academics, including Prof. Ir. Roy H.M. Sembel, MBA., PhD., CSA, CIB; Prof. Dr. Budi Frensidy, CSA, CRP, CIB, CPA; Prof. Eduardus Tandelilin, MBA., PhD., CSA; Prof. Dr. Chandra Wijaya, M.Si., M.M., CA, CSA, CRP, CIB, QRGP, CERG; Prof. Iman Harymawan, S.E., MBA., PhD; Dr. David Sutyanto, CSA, CES; and Dr. Yohanis Hans Kwee, M.E., CSA, CRP, CIB, CTAD, PFM, FMVA. The judges evaluated 121 nominees from a total of 934 listed companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, focusing on six main criteria: future profitability, shareholder transparency, Good Corporate Governance (“GCG”), stock liquidity, risk management, and Environment, Social, and Governance (“ESG”) performance.
