Jakarta, 21 July 2026 &ndash; PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk (EMTEK) has launched a Biodiversity Pledge and appointed Sustainability Champions across participating divisions to encourage practical environmental action in the workplace. Inspired by the conservation of the endangered Javan hawk-eagle (Nisaetus bartelsi), widely regarded as the real-life inspiration behind Indonesia's Garuda Pancasila emblem, the initiative aims to translate biodiversity awareness into everyday workplace actions.
The initiative was introduced during EMTEK Biodiversity Day, held on 9 July 2026 in collaboration with Jagat Satwa Nusantara (JSN) at Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII). Representatives from participating divisions across EMTEK Holding took part, with participation reaching nearly 40% of the company's workforce. Following the programme, Sustainability Champions representing almost one in five employees were appointed to help promote biodiversity awareness and practical environmental action within their teams.
Participants learned how conservation, research, education and public awareness can work together to protect Indonesia's wildlife and ecosystems. The programme combined interactive biodiversity learning sessions with guided wildlife observations led by the JSN Biodiversity Team.
<h2>Learning from the Javan Hawk-Eagle</h2>

The endangered Javan hawk-eagle, found only on the island of Java, became a central symbol of the programme's conservation message. JSN Taman Burung has successfully bred protected and rare bird species, including the Javan hawk-eagle, Papuan harpy-eagle, and American golden-eagle through its conservation and captive-breeding efforts.
"Environmental pressures in Jakarta remind us why urban biodiversity matters. One important example is the Javan hawk-eagle, an endemic and endangered species associated with Garuda, Indonesia's national emblem," said M. Fardhan Khan, Operational Director of Jagat Satwa Nusantara.
"The successful breeding of this species shows how conservation, research, education and public awareness can work together to help protect Indonesia's wildlife."
EMTEK expressed its appreciation to JSN and its biodiversity team for helping make biodiversity and conservation topics accessible through an engaging, experience-based programme.
<h2> Connecting Biodiversity with Urban Life</h2>

Inspired by the International Day for Biological Diversity, EMTEK Biodiversity Day highlighted the link between biodiversity and environmental challenges faced by urban communities, including air pollution, rising temperatures, declining green spaces and habitat loss.
"Biodiversity is the diversity of life&mdash;plants, animals, microorganisms and ecosystems&mdash;and how they depend on one another," said Titi Maria Rusli, Director of EMTEK and Chair of EMTEK's ESG Committee.
"Indonesia's Bhinneka Tunggal Ika, or Unity in Diversity, reminds us that diversity gives us strength and that we need one another to thrive. The same principle applies in nature. Protecting biodiversity means recognising that the well-being of people, wildlife and ecosystems is interconnected."
Turning Learning into Workplace Action
EMTEK Biodiversity Day concluded with the signing of the EMTEK Biodiversity Pledge by management and representatives from participating divisions. Through the pledge, participants committed to using energy, water and materials responsibly, reducing unnecessary consumption and waste, respecting plants and wildlife, and sharing practical environmental actions within their teams.
Participating division representatives were also appointed as Sustainability Champions to help coordinate sustainability-related communication and encourage practical environmental action across their respective divisions.
"Biodiversity is not just a conservation issue&mdash;it is something employees can support through simple actions in the workplace and at home. Small actions, taken consistently, can create meaningful change," said Grace Tobing, Head of Sustainability at EMTEK.
Following the programme, participating divisions will be encouraged to establish Office Biodiversity and Green Corners and explore other initiatives, including nature-sharing sessions, responsible resource use, waste reduction and personal environmental commitments. Through its collaboration with Jagat Satwa Nusantara, EMTEK aims to bring biodiversity closer to employees&mdash;not only as a wildlife conservation issue, but as a shared responsibility reflected in everyday workplace decisions and actions.

Held in recognition of the International Day for Biological Diversity, the programme aimed to simplify urban biodiversity by connecting it with environmental challenges experienced in cities today, including air pollution, rising temperatures, pressure on green spaces and declining wildlife habitats.
Conducted with the JSN Biodiversity Team, the programme combined knowledge sharing and direct observation through birdwatching at JSN Taman Burung, a guided tour of TMII, and visits to JSN Dunia Air Tawar and JSN Dunia Serangga. Participants learned how urban ecosystems support wildlife, strengthen climate resilience and contribute to healthier and more liveable cities.

<h2>Understanding Biodiversity in the City</h2>
During the learning session, participants explored how parks, urban forests, coastlines, mangroves and other green spaces provide food, shelter and breeding areas for wildlife. These ecosystems also help absorb carbon, reduce flooding and urban heat, improve air quality and support public well-being.
Participants observed how birds, insects, reptiles and freshwater species use the green spaces within TMII, reinforcing the message that a liveable city should provide a healthy environment not only for people, but also for other living beings.

Sentul, 23 June 2026 &ndash; Yayasan Pundi Amal Peduli Kasih (&ldquo;YPP&rdquo;), the social and environmental arm of the EMTEK Group, initiated a collaborative tree-planting activity in Cijayanti Village, Babakan Madang District, Bogor Regency, West Java, Indonesia as part of its commitment to environmental conservation.
The activity involved the planting of hundreds of teak seedlings, with representatives of PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk (&ldquo;EMTEK&rdquo;), local government officials&mdash;including the Head of Cijayanti Village and members of the local community participating directly in the planting.
The initiative supports environmental conservation and the Government&rsquo;s greening efforts, while encouraging collaboration among businesses, local government, and communities in creating greener and more environmentally resilient surroundings.
Imam Sudjarwo, Chairman of Yayasan Pundi Amal Peduli Kasih, participated in the activity by planting a teak seedling and highlighted the importance of collective action in protecting the environment.
&ldquo;This teak tree-planting initiative reflects our shared commitment to supporting environmental conservation and the Government&rsquo;s greening efforts. As the trees grow and are properly maintained, they are expected to help strengthen soil stability, reduce surface runoff and the risk of erosion and floods, and contribute to a healthier environment for the surrounding community that may be impacted by climate change,&rdquo; said Imam Sudjarwo.
Teak trees were selected for their durability, extensive root systems, and suitability for long-term planting. As the trees mature, they are expected to strengthen vegetation cover and contribute to carbon absorption. Continued care of the trees, surrounding vegetation, and ground cover will be important to ensure that the initiative delivers lasting environmental benefits.

15 June 2026, Jakarta &ndash; PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk (&ldquo;EMTEK&rdquo;) received a Certificate of Recognition from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (&ldquo;IDX&rdquo;/&ldquo;BEI&rdquo;) for achieving and sustaining Gender Balance in the Executive Leadership Team throughout the period of 2022&ndash;2025, as recognized in the Census of Women in Executive Leadership in IDX200 Companies.
The recognition was presented during the Census of Women in Executive Leadership in IDX200 Companies: Insights, Trends, and the Role of ESG Reporting event, held at the Indonesia Stock Exchange Main Hall on 15 June 2026. As part of the census process, EMTEK participated earlier this year by submitting data covering the 2022&ndash;2025 period, including employee and managerial composition, internal policies affecting gender representation, and Board of Directors composition.
This recognition reaffirms EMTEK&rsquo;s commitment to inclusive leadership, equal opportunity, and transparent sustainability disclosure. Based on the census data submitted by EMTEK, the Company maintained a gender-balanced Board of Directors throughout the 2022&ndash;2025 period, with women and men each representing 50% of Directors across those years. This reflects the important role of women in EMTEK&rsquo;s strategic leadership and management pipeline.
&ldquo;At EMTEK, gender balance is not only a recognition to be celebrated, but also a responsibility to be sustained. Receiving this recognition on behalf of EMTEK was a meaningful reminder that consistent disclosure must be supported by real leadership practices. As disclosed in EMTEK&rsquo;s 2025 Sustainability Report, women held 50% of EMTEK &rsquo;s Board of Directors positions and represented 54% of Division Head &ndash; one level below Director and 51% of managerial-level employees in 2025. We will continue to strengthen equal opportunities in recruitment, capability development, and career advancement, while progressing towards our target to increase women&rsquo;s representation in EMTEK&rdquo; said Grace Tobing, Head of Sustainability, EMTEK .
From Disclosure to Impact
The IDX and IBCWE event was held under the theme &ldquo;From Disclosure to Impact: Advancing Women&rsquo;s Leadership in IDX200 Companies&rdquo; and gathered more than 200 corporate leaders, regulators, and policymakers. The census analyzes the annual reports and sustainability reports of 200 listed companies with the largest market capitalization on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2022&ndash;2025 period.
The initial findings showed that women accounted for only 164 of 1,094 Executive Leadership Team members, or around 15%, in IDX200 companies in 2025, broadly unchanged from 159 of 1,059 members in 2022. The number of IDX200 companies led by women CEOs was also limited to 11 companies in 2025. These findings underline the need for companies to strengthen gender reporting, measurable targets, leadership pipelines, and accountability within ESG and sustainability disclosure.
From a reporting perspective, Dr. Unang Mulkhan, Senior Business and Human Rights (BHR) and ESG Specialist, added, &ldquo;In my view, good gender reporting must be able to answer three questions: first, what is the current state of women&rsquo;s representation; second, how is the company building a pipeline of women leaders; and third, are there structural barriers that prevent women from reaching leadership positions? As long as these three questions remain unanswered, gender reporting is not yet truly meaningful.&rdquo;

10 June 2026, Jakarta &ndash; PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk (&ldquo;EMTEK&rdquo;) successfully held the EMTEK Sustainability Forum: Preparing EMTEK Group for PSPK 1 &amp; 2 &ndash; Climate-Related Risks, Opportunities, and Financial Impact, bringing together representatives from Sustainability, Accounting, Finance, and Risk Management functions across the Group. The session was attended by participants from EMTEK Holding and key subsidiaries, including PT Surya Citra Media Tbk (SCMA), PT Sarana Meditama Metropolitan Tbk (SAME), PT Cahaya Aero Services Tbk (CASS), and PT Bukalapak.com Tbk (BUKA). The active discussion reflected the growing importance of sustainability-related financial disclosures for listed companies and the need for coordinated preparation across the Group.

Preparing for PSPK 1 &amp; 2 Implementation
A key focus of the forum was to build practical understanding of PSPK 1 and PSPK 2 and the steps required to prepare for implementation. The discussion covered the four core pillars of sustainability-related financial disclosure: Governance, Strategy, Risk Management, and Metrics &amp; Targets.
Participants discussed how sustainability-related risks and opportunities can be integrated into existing governance structures, enterprise risk management, business planning, financial reporting processes, and performance monitoring systems. The session also covered emerging disclosure expectations, including climate-related governance, risk assessment methodologies, greenhouse gas emissions reporting, reporting boundaries, climate-related financial effects, and metrics used to assess exposure to climate-related risks and opportunities.
The forum also reinforced the importance of cross-functional collaboration between Sustainability, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, and business units to support reliable data, clear accountability, and future assurance readiness.
Building Long-Term Business Resilience
For EMTEK Group, preparing for PSPK 1 and PSPK 2 is not solely about compliance. It is part of the Group&rsquo;s broader effort to enhance governance, strengthen internal capabilities, and ensure that sustainability-related considerations are embedded in decision-making.

Jakarta, 9 June 2026 &ndash; PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk (&ldquo;EMTEK&rdquo;) has again been selected as constituent of the prestigious (i) SRI-KEHATI Index, (ii) ESG Sector Leaders IDX KEHATI Index, and (iii) ESG Quality 45 IDX KEHATI Index for the June to November 2026 period. This inclusion was announced by the Indonesia Stock Exchange (&ldquo;IDX&rdquo;) on 21 May 2026 and confirmed by the Indonesian Biodiversity Foundation (Yayasan Keanekaragaman Hayati Indonesia Foundation, &ldquo;KEHATI&rdquo;) on 9 June 2026.
SRI-KEHATI refers to the Sustainable and Responsible Investment (SRI)-KEHATI stock index, developed by Yayasan KEHATI in collaboration with the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and launched on 8 June 2009. As one of the pioneering ESG-based investment indices in Indonesia&rsquo;s capital market, SRI-KEHATI Index serves as a reference for investors and market participants seeking listed companies that apply sustainable and responsible investment principles, as well as strong environmental, social, and governance (&ldquo;ESG&rdquo;) practices.
ESG Screening approach: consists of 25 stocks; good performance in encouraging sustainable businesses; awareness of the environment, social, and good corporate governance; and assessment and selection is done by KEHATI Foundation.
ESG Sector Leaders IDX KEHATI (ESGSKEHATI) is an index which contains stocks with ESG performance appraisal results above the average in their respective industries, referring to the IDX Industrial Classification (IDX-IC) and currently have 49 companies. ESG Sector Leaders IDX KEHATI: assessment and selection is done by KEHATI Foundation; stocks with above average score within each sector; and numbers of constituents vary.
ESG Quality 45 IDX KEHATI is an index which contains 45 selected stocks assessed from the results of the evaluation of the company&rsquo;s sustainability performance, financial quality and liquidity. ESG Quality 45 IDX KEHATI: assessment and selection is done by KEHATI Foundation; the top 45 stocks with ESG score and financial Indicators combined; financial indicators: ROE, EPS Volatility, DER.

As the highest distinction in the category, the Sapphire Award underscores EMTEK&rsquo;s steadfast commitment to fostering a strong culture of compliance and advancing good corporate governance practices.

21 May 2026, Jakarta &ndash; PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk (EMTEK), through its subsidiary PT Sinemart Indonesia (&ldquo;SinemArt&rdquo;), presents Suamiku Lukaku, an Indonesian drama film directed by Ssharad Sharaan and Viva Westi. The film stars Acha Septriasa, Baim Wong, Raline Shah, Ayu Azhari, and Azkya Mahira.
More than a family drama, Suamiku Lukaku raises public awareness on domestic violence and its impact on women, children, and families. Through the story of Amina, a woman who faces violence behind the image of a seemingly harmonious household, the film invites audiences to reflect on courage, protection, and the importance of breaking the silence.
Prior to its official cinema release, Suamiku Lukaku was introduced through a Kartini Day special screening and public awareness activity held on 21 April 2026 at XXI Plaza Senayan, Jakarta. The event brought together women&rsquo;s organisations and communities to reflect on domestic violence, women&rsquo;s courage, and access to justice.
Following the special screening, several EMTEK employees also attended the Gala Premiere of Suamiku Lukaku on 21 May 2026. Their participation reflected EMTEK Group&rsquo;s support for meaningful content that encourages awareness, empathy, and stronger support systems for survivors of domestic violence.
<h2>Suamiku Lukaku: More Than Just Entertainment</h2>
For EMTEK Group, Suamiku Lukaku goes beyond entertainment. The film reflects EMTEK&rsquo;s commitment to using the creative industry as a platform to raise awareness on social issues that are relevant to communities, particularly women&rsquo;s rights, protection from violence, family resilience, and access to justice.
Domestic violence is often hidden behind social expectations, fear, stigma, and silence. By bringing this issue to the big screen, Suamiku Lukaku encourages audiences to recognise that violence
is not only physical. Verbal, psychological, emotional, and controlling behaviour can also leave deep and lasting wounds.
The urgency of this issue is reflected in national data. According to Komnas Perempuan&rsquo;s 2025 Annual Notes, 376,529 cases of gender-based violence against women were recorded in 2025, equivalent to more than 1,000 cases per day. The data reinforces that violence against women remains a serious issue that requires continued awareness, prevention, protection, and access to justice.
The film tells the story of Amina, played by Acha Septriasa, who lives in a painful marriage with Irfan, played by Baim Wong. While Irfan is seen by the public as a respected figure, his behaviour at home creates fear and suffering for his family. The impact of this violence is not only felt by Amina, but also by their daughter, Nadia, played by Azkya Mahira. Amina&rsquo;s journey begins to change when she meets Zahra, played by Raline Shah, a courageous lawyer who fights for women&rsquo;s rights.
By presenting this story in an emotional yet relatable way, EMTEK conveys an important message: women have the right to live safely, to be heard, and to seek protection and justice. No woman should be forced to remain silent in the face of violence.

Jakarta, 15 May 2026 &ndash; PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk (EMTEK) reaffirms its commitment to responsible, ethical, and legally compliant healthcare services through EMC Hospitals, operated under PT Sarana Meditama Metropolitan Tbk, as part of EMTEK&rsquo;s healthcare portfolio.
This statement is issued in response to responsible investment-related enquiries from stakeholders and institutional investors regarding EMTEK&rsquo;s ownership and operation of healthcare facilities, including acute care facilities, hospitals, and surgical centers, and their policies and practices concerning abortion services, euthanasia, and physician or medically assisted suicide.
As of 31 December 2025, EMTEK operated 8 hospitals under EMC Hospitals, supported by 966 doctors, comprising 744 specialists, 209 general practitioners, and 13 medical psychologists, and facilitated with up to 1,430 medical bed capacity. All 8 hospital units have been fully accredited by KARS, while 4 out of 8 hospital units have also been accredited by Joint Commission International (JCI).
Through EMC Hospitals, EMTEK continues to strengthen access to quality healthcare services in Indonesia while ensuring that all medical practices are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, professional medical ethics, patient safety principles, and internal hospital governance standards.
Prohibition of Abortion 
EMTEK confirms that EMC Hospitals does not offer or conduct abortion services as an elective healthcare service and does not provide services related to the termination of early pregnancies through medication.
In line with Indonesian law, EMC Hospitals does not provide abortion as an elective medical service. Any medical action related to pregnancy termination may only be considered in strictly regulated
medical emergency circumstances, including situations where the pregnancy threatens the life or health of the mother, or where the fetus has severe congenital malformations or genetic defects that make it non-viable outside the womb.
Such cases are handled solely as medical emergencies and must comply with applicable laws, medical standards, ethical requirements, and internal hospital policy.
&ldquo;EMC Hospitals does not offer abortion services as an elective healthcare service, nor does it provide medication-based termination of early pregnancies. Any medical action related to pregnancy termination may only be considered under strictly regulated medical emergency circumstances, in accordance with Indonesian law, medical ethics, patient safety standards, and EMC Hospitals&rsquo; internal governance procedures,&rdquo; said Dr. Meta Dewi Thedja Phd, Director of PT Sarana Meditama Metropolitan Tbk (a subsidiary of EMTEK).
EMC Hospitals has a formal internal policy governing any medical action related to pregnancy termination in emergency circumstances. Under this policy, any planned medical action involving a strong medical emergency must be discussed and agreed upon by all attending physicians and medical doctors involved, and must involve the Hospital Ethics Committee, Medical Committee, and Hospital Director. This governance process is designed to ensure that every decision is medically justified, ethically reviewed, properly documented, and aligned with applicable regulations.
<h2>No Euthanasia or Physician-Assisted Suicide Practices</h2>
EMTEK operates its hospitals only in the Republic of Indonesia. As euthanasia and physician or medically assisted suicide are prohibited under Indonesian law, EMC Hospitals does not conduct euthanasia or physician/medically assisted suicide in any form.
EMTEK manages this exposure through strict compliance with Indonesian law, professional medical ethics, and internal hospital governance procedures. EMC Hospitals&rsquo; medical services are guided by the principles of patient safety, human dignity, clinical accountability, and responsible care.
