Jakarta, 29 December 2025 &ndash; PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk (EMTEK) carried out a Biodiversity Awareness and Learning Activity through an educational visit to Taman Margasatwa Ragunan Zoo, South Jakarta. The activity was attended by EMTEK&rsquo;s Director who serves as Chair of the ESG Committee, together with employees as part of a targeted internal capacity-building initiative. The visit was designed to strengthen employee understanding of biodiversity, endangered species, and conservation challenges in Indonesia, serving as a foundational step toward informed sustainability decision-making, because many employees who are native Jakarta residents also have never visited the zoo and saw from close range the various flora and faunas
&ldquo;Biodiversity is not only a conservation issue but also governance and awareness issue. By learning directly from institutions like Ragunan Zoo, that are under the supervision of Park and Forestry Division, Jakarta Municipality government, we strengthen our understanding of Indonesia&rsquo;s natural capital and the importance of safeguarding it for future generations,&rdquo; said Titi Maria Rusli, Director overseeing Corporate Secretary, Legal, and Sustainability at EMTEK.
During the visit, participants undertook a guided observational tour across several conservation zones, with discussions on species protection, habitat needs, and threats to wildlife survival. Learning was delivered through direct observation and on-site explanations, with references to species listed under the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) Red List.
Biodiversity and Conservation Insights from Ragunan
Covering approximately 147 hectares, Ragunan Zoo represents one of the largest remaining green and biodiversity spaces in Jakarta, functioning not only as a zoological park but also as an urban ecological buffer that supports microclimate regulation and urban biodiversity.
Beyond well-known species such as the almost extinct Sumatran Tiger and orangutans, Ragunan is home to a wide range of endangered and threatened fauna, including Komodo dragons, anoa, babirusa, Javan deer, various primates, and numerous bird species. The Schmutzer Primate Center, located within Ragunan, is internationally recognized for its semi-natural enclosures and species-specific habitats, housing orangutans, gorillas, chimpanzees, and other primates.
Ragunan also hosts a rich mix of avian biodiversity, including hornbills, parrots, birds of prey, and free-ranging urban bird species that coexist within the zoo&rsquo;s extensive tree cover. With thousands of mature trees and native plant species, the area effectively functions as an urban forest reserve, supporting animals, insects, and broader ecological balance within South Jakarta.
In addition to public education, Ragunan quietly contributes to conservation awareness and limited breeding programs for threatened species, providing learning exposure for millions of visitors annually&mdash;particularly urban communities with limited access to natural habitats.
Biodiversity Support Through YPP&rsquo;s Tree-Planting Activities
In addition to awareness-building, EMTEK actively supports biodiversity-related environmental actions through Yayasan Pundi Amal Peduli Kasih (YPP). In 2025, YPP conducted multiple tree-planting activities, among others including planting fruit trees at SDN Cijayanti 02 and Studio Alam EMTEK Sentul, planting 40 fruit trees at Rusun Pulogadung, East Jakarta, and planting 160 Tabebuya trees in the Studio Alam Emtek area, Cijayanti. These initiatives reflect EMTEK&rsquo;s commitment to strengthening green spaces and supporting ecological value through practical community-linked activities.

Jakarta, 16 December 2025 &ndash; PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk (EMTEK) reaffirmed its commitment to strong governance and sustainable business practices through its active participation in the Launching of the Study of the 2024 Sustainability Reports of Public Companies in Indonesia, organized by the Foundation for International Human Rights Reporting Standards (FIHRRST) in collaboration with Moores Rowland Indonesia.
Held at Veranda Hotel Pakubuwono, Jakarta, the event carried the theme &ldquo;Strengthening Governance Measures to Support Sustainability&rdquo; and brought together regulators, sustainability and governance experts, civil society organizations, and leading publicly listed companies. The forum served as an important platform to discuss the evolving expectations on sustainability disclosure, governance quality, anti-corruption measures, and the integration of human rights into corporate reporting in Indonesia. The study evaluates sustainability disclosures of IDX-listed companies with a focus on governance, anti-corruption, human rights, and alignment with Financial Services Authority Regulation No 51 year 2017 (&ldquo;POJK 51&rdquo;) as well as international sustainability reporting standards.
EMTEK as Panelist on Good Governance Practices
Representing EMTEK, Titi Maria Rusli, Legal &amp; Compliance Director, Corporate Secretary, and Chairwoman of the ESG Committee, was invited as a panelist in Panel Session: &ldquo;Best Practices in Sustainability Reporting: Good Governance Practices&rdquo;, to speak together with speakers from PT Bank Permata Tbk, PT Indo Tambang Raya Megah Tbk and PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk, moderated by Dendi Trisnandi from Moores Rowland Indonesia
In her remarks, Titi emphasized that good governance is not an add-on, but the foundation of sustainable business, particularly for a diversified holding company such as EMTEK, which operates across media and digital platforms, healthcare, aviation support services, and financial services&mdash;each with distinct risk profiles, regulatory requirements, and public expectations.
She explained that EMTEK applies an integrated Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework that &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;conducts regular risk identification and assessment across its business units, including corruption, bribery, compliance, and human rights risks.&nbsp; Risk identification is treated as an early detection and prevention mechanism, rather than merely a compliance exercise.
EMTEK&rsquo;s preventive, corrective approach to anti-corruption and the importance of know your customer (KYC), supported by comprehensive policies, a whistleblowing system, continuous awareness and training programs, and the implementation of the ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management System and also respect for human rights, diversity, equality and inclusivity in its various business operations and the health and safety of all its employees are of paramount importance. The effectiveness of these measures is evaluated through internal and external audits, compliance monitoring, and regular reporting to the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners annually, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.
For EMTEK, sustainability reporting functions not only as a transparency tool, but also as an internal accountability mechanism that reflects the quality of governance behind the disclosures.
EMTEK Awarded A+ Rating for 2024 Sustainability Report
At the same event, EMTEK received an A+ rating for its 2024 Sustainability Report, marking two consecutive years of A+ recognition following the same rating awarded for its 2023 Sustainability Report.
The A+ rating reflects EMTEK&rsquo;s strong compliance with POJK 51 and alignment with internationally recognized sustainability reporting standards, including the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). The FIHRRST assessment places particular emphasis on governance quality, anti-corruption measures, and respect for human rights as core pillars of sustainable and responsible business practices. Jakarta, 19 December 2025 &ndash; PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk (EMTEK), through Yayasan Pundi Amal Peduli Kasih (YPP), has taken swift and coordinated action to support communities affected by floods and landslides across West Sumatra, North Sumatra, and Aceh in Indonesia.&nbsp;
The humanitarian response was mobilized following severe flooding and landslides.&nbsp; As of late December 2025, more than 1,100 people were reported to have lost their lives, with over 165 individuals still missing, while hundreds of thousands of residents were displaced across affected regions. Extensive damage to infrastructure, disruptions to logistics, and limited access to healthcare and public services have intensified the need for rapid, coordinated, and well-targeted humanitarian support.
Rapid and Targeted Emergency Response
Since the initial phase of the emergency response, conditions in various affected areas have shown a very high level of damage. In response to this situation, EMTEK, through YPP, promptly took swift action by deploying humanitarian teams to disaster affected areas in Aceh, North Sumatra, and West Sumatra. This rapid response was focused on reaching the most vulnerable communities, including those in hard to access locations and areas not yet fully reached by aid, to ensure that emergency response efforts could be carried out evenly and in a well-targeted manner.
In its implementation, YPP collaborated with medical teams from Yayasan Karya Alpha Omega (YKAO) to provide free medical services at several evacuation centers and remote areas. In addition to healthcare support, emergency assistance was also distributed in the form of ready to eat meals, sanitary pads, baby diapers, and various other essential supplies. This assistance is expected to help survivors meet their urgent needs while maintaining their health conditions amid the ongoing emergency situation.
Collective Action and Responsible Fund Allocation
EMTEK&rsquo;s humanitarian response was strengthened through collective support from employees, partners, and the wider community. A donation drive held during EMTEK Gathering Night on 19 December 2025 at SCTV Studio, Senayan City, Jakarta successfully mobilized additional funding, which was channeled through YPP to support relief and recovery efforts.
This approach reflects EMTEK&rsquo;s commitment to responsible and effective deployment of resources to maximize impact for affected communities that suffer from floods caused by extreme weather conditions. In addition to prolonged heavy rainfall, environmental degradation and unsustainable land use practices have also been widely recognized as contributing factors to the scale and severity of the disaster in the affected areas, underscoring the importance of integrated disaster response and long-term sustainability efforts.
As part of the initial response phase, EMTEK, through YPP, distributed 1,000 basic food packages to affected communities, platoon tents, mats, blankets, and thousands of new clothing items to support basic needs at evacuation sites.
Cross-Sector Collaboration to Strengthen Impact
EMTEK&rsquo;s humanitarian efforts were further reinforced through collaboration with the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, which provided additional assistance including 15 tons of rice, 3,000 packages of drinking water, 300 canned food packages, six generator units with a capacity of 10,000 kVA, and 10 units of Starlink communication devices to support electricity supply and connectivity at evacuation locations. Distribution to affected areas was supported by the Indonesian Air Force and the Indonesian Navy, enabling faster and broader delivery across Sumatra.

Director of CSR EMTEK Media and Chairman of YPP, Imam Sudjarwo, expressed appreciation for the collective support received. &ldquo;The trust and support extended through this humanitarian effort are essential in ensuring that assistance reaches communities who need it most. PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk (IDX Ticker: EMTK, &ldquo;EMTEK&rdquo;) announced its achievement in the 2025 Business and Human Rights Risk Assessment (PRISMA), where the Company attained a score of 75. This assessment reaffirms EMTEK&rsquo;s commitment to strengthening respect for human rights, as mandated under Presidential Regulation No. 60 of 2023 concerning the National Strategy on Business and Human Rights (&ldquo;Human Rights Presidential Regulation&rdquo;). It also underscores EMTEK&rsquo;s continuous effort to reinforce governance and risk management while supporting the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
EMTEK Participates in PRISMA Assessment
PRISMA is a self-assessment platform designed and developed by the Ministry of Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia as part of the implementation of the Human Rights Presidential Regulation. This initiative aims to encourage companies in Indonesia to identify and analyze potential human rights violations, integrate human rights principles into business operations, and strengthen a culture of corporate social responsibility.
The PRISMA mechanism includes twelve thematic indicators of human rights, such as Human Rights Policy, Labor, Working Conditions, and others. These twelve indicators serve as proof of the implementation of the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs) among companies participating in the PRISMA assessment.

The values of the UNGPs have been deeply embedded into EMTEK&rsquo;s policies, procedures, and corporate culture, and are reflected in several key policies, including the Human Rights, Child Labor, Disability, and Sexual Harassment Prevention Policy as well as the Indigenous Peoples Protection Policy. These policies, publicly available through the Company&rsquo;s official website, serve as guidelines for EMTEK in implementing responsible business practices and managing its supply chain in accordance with Law No. 39 of 1999 on Human Rights, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the UNGPs, and other international standards.
As part of its commitment to human rights and the implementation of the UNGPs, EMTEK provides various employee support facilities, including well-equipped and accessible lactation rooms, meal reimbursements as part of overtime compensation, and company car transportation for female employees working beyond 9:00 PM.
These initiatives reflect EMTEK&rsquo;s dedication to upholding human dignity and human rights as articulated in the UNGPs and demonstrate the Company&rsquo;s firm commitment to maintaining a fair and respectful workplace, and explicitly rejects all forms of modern slavery, including forced labor and practices that may restrict employee freedom.

The 2025 PRISMA results not only reflect the effectiveness of EMTEK&rsquo;s human rights policies but also demonstrate the Company&rsquo;s capacity to identify and mitigate long-term business risks. PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk (IDX: EMTK) successfully hosted the 2nd Annual Internal Audit &amp; Risk Management Forum 2025 on October 8, 2025, at SCTV Tower, 8th Floor Studio, Jakarta. Organized by the Group Internal Audit &amp; Risk Management Division (GIARM), the event served as a strategic platform to strengthen collaboration, build capacity, and facilitate knowledge exchange among internal auditors and risk management professionals across EMTEK&rsquo;s business units.
The forum gathered representatives from various EMTEK subsidiaries, bringing together internal auditors, risk managers, and senior executives in a collaborative environment to discuss emerging trends and challenges in corporate governance, internal auditing, and risk management.
The event officially opened with a keynote address by Mr. Sutanto Hartono, Vice President Director of EMTEK Group, who emphasized that as a public company, EMTEK remains deeply committed to upholding the highest standards of good governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) practices across all its business operations.
The forum continued with a series of insightful presentations from three distinguished speakers. The first session featured Mr. Hendro, Director of Cyber Risk at Deloitte, who presented &ldquo;Cyber Risk in Focus: Strategic Assurance &amp; Oversight for Auditors and Risk Professionals.&rdquo; He discussed how organizations can strengthen their cyber resilience through robust assurance frameworks and proactive oversight by auditors and risk leaders.
The second session was delivered by Mr. Abdiansyah Prahasto, Governor of The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), who shared insights on &ldquo;Navigating the New Era of Internal Auditing: Understanding the Global Internal Audit Standards (GIAS).&rdquo; He elaborated on key updates to global internal audit standards and underscored the importance of aligning audit practices with evolving stakeholder expectations while maintaining relevance and value creation.
The final session featured Dr. I Gusti Ngurah Bagus Sucitra, Intelligence Practitioner, who presented &ldquo;Information Gathering Techniques from Intelligence Practitioners for Internal Audit and Risk Management Professionals.&rdquo; Dr. Sucitra provided a unique perspective on how intelligence information gathering methods such as elicitation can also be applied to audit and risk processes, helping professionals anticipate, and identify emerging risks more effectively.
Each session concluded with a dynamic Q&amp;A segment, allowing participants to engage directly with the speakers and explore real-world applications of the insights shared.
To close the event, Ms. Sylvia Hermawan, Head of Group Internal Audit &amp; Risk Management Division of EMTEK Group, delivered a keynote closing address highlighting several strategic initiatives currently being developed by the Division.
